Artwork will be shipped within 3 business days from the receipt of your order.
We take great care in packaging your art and use reliable carriers to ship the artwork.
If your art arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Also:
- Save the original packaging materials and return them with the artwork.
- Take photographs of the damaged artwork and packing material.
- Email photographs to joy@joylyonsart.com.
Your original receipt must accompany the package. We do not cover the cost of returned items.
